The 20th China Coal & Mining Expo Beijing Going On!

On 25^th, October, 2023, the 20th China Coal & Mining Expo Beijing, a globally influential coal industry event, was grandly opened at the New China International Exhibition Center (NCIEC). The expo lasted for four days, with the theme of "Intelligent Leading the Future, Green Shared Development", attracting over 1000 exhibitors from over 20 countries and regions to visit, focusing on cutting-edge technology in China's coal industry, showcasing new equipment, technologies, and products in the coal production and processing field.

TeChase was invited to attend this grand event, showcasing the company's advanced and intelligent coal slurry treatment solutions at booth W4512 in W4 Hall. With a product style of "green, intelligent, and low-carbon", it has attracted many visitors to consult.

At the expo, TeChase showcased the company's "flagship product", the MINI type sludge dewatering screw press, and the high-tech intelligent product interactive screen. In a more intuitive, convenient, and vivid form, it introduced the company's advanced product equipment and technology in the field of coal slurry treatment.

This equipment has an industry-leading operating pressure of 10MPa, jointly developed by Techase and Tongji University. It has outstanding advantages such as low moisture content of coal slurry (up to around 12%), low operating costs. Multiple security protection designs, combined with the TeChase maintenance platform, ensures stable on-site operation. At present, it has been widely used in many large coal chemical enterprises such as Shandong Energy Group, providing product solutions for numerous coal mine sites.

As a "flagship product" of TeChase, the screw press for coal slurry is with good solid-liquid separation effect (coal slurry moisture content is about 40%), safety and explosion-proof (explosion-proof grade I), low energy consumption and operating costs.
