On 18th, August, 2023, "Cross Strait Youth Maker Competition", guided by Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Straits, Taiwan Affairs Office of Shanghai, and Taiwan Affairs Office of Fujian Province, is co-hosted by Tongji University, Feng Chia University of Taiwan, and Fuzhou University. More than 60 young attendees visited TeChase Headquarters for communication and learning about TeChase cutting-edge environmental protection equipment and sludge treatment technology.
At the Blue Innovation Hall of TeChase headquarter, Director Wang welcomed the young attendees and presented the detailed introduction to the company's development overview, as well as the innovative achievements and related applications that have been continuously researched and developed in the field of environmental protection for many years. Through the communication, it aims to enhance students' environmental awareness and sense of responsibility for protecting the ecological environment under the concept of green environmental protection. Hope that more promising young people can devote themselves to the career of environmental protection and contribute their own strength to the green mountains and waters of our country.

The 8th Cross Strait Youth Maker Competition
The "Cross Strait Youth Maker Competition" has been held for seven consecutive sessions since 2016. This year's competition is guided by Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Straits, Taiwan Affairs Office of Shanghai, and Taiwan Affairs Office of Fujian Province and co-hosted by Tongji University, Feng Chia University of Taiwan, and Fuzhou University. The competition consists of six major tracks: "Open Innovation", "Structural Challenge", "Building a Digital Future", "Artificial Intelligence", "Plastic Reduction Action", and "Sustainable Transportation in the Digital Era". This year's competition has more than 500 young attendees, of whom more than 200 are from Taiwan. Through workshops, on-site production and construction, and achievements display, it showcases the scientific and outstanding spirit of young people from both the Chinese mainland and Taiwan, promoting mutual understanding through cooperation and establish friendship through competition.
