Techase sludge intelligent storage and transportation system consists of three sub-systems: adaptive intelligent material receiving system, intelligent navigation scheduling system, and fully automatic intelligent data system. It can be connected to the terminal sludge storage and transportation in water and sewage plants, and the terminal sludge can be transported and disposed through an automated, intelligent, and fully closed and controllable system to realize a series of intelligent operations such as sludge receiving, discharging, storage and transportation, so as to achieve a "smart water plant" without human intervention at the terminal.
It has a wide range of applicability and can seamlessly connect with various sludge dewatering equipment such as multi-plate screw press, centrifugal dehydrators, belt dryers, filter presses, and sludge dryers. It is suitable for the storage and transportation of sludge with various moisture content.
