This year, Techase successfully passed the review of the first batch of specialized and special new "little giant" enterprises, which is not only the certification of the company's innovation strength, but also the greatest affirmation of the company's outstanding achievements transformation and enterprise benefits in three years. And in August, Techase was successfully selected by virtue of the "ultra high pressure elastic pressing sludge deep dehydration technology" in the publication of the Shanghai Green Technology Catalog (2022) jointly organized by the Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the Municipal Science and Technology Commission!

In terms of innovation and R&D, Techase has always maintained its leading R&D strength, adhered to product innovation, technical innovation, and plan intentions, continued to deepen product technology, and promoted green and sustainable development. This year, Techase has obtained 2 patents for invention and 8 patents for utility models. The 10 patent authorizations not only affirm the company's R&D strength, but also recognize the company's strong scientific research strength and independent intellectual property awareness.

In addition, Techase Equipment Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Techase, has also gained a lot this year. Through technological innovation, it has won 14 utility model patents and 2021 High Quality Industrial Economy Policy - Zhanxin Enterprise Contribution Award and other honors.

In such a year of real-time changes, Techase has always maintained its original intention of environmental protection, actively responded to and changed with the tide of the times.

Two domestic meetings
This year, Techase, as an invited enterprise, participated in the 2022 Urban Water Environment Conference and shared relevant technologies and case presentations of comprehensive water environment management solutions on the site, which was warmly reflected by the guests. In August, the company participated in the National Coal Mine and Coal Chemical Industry Environmental Governance and Protection Industry Conference in Ordos, shared the solution of slime resource disposal, and helped the coal mine to build a slimless mine, a green mine, and a smart mine.

Two international exhibitions
As a senior overseas partner of Techase, India INCH-TECHASE was invited to participate in the Chennai Water Treatment Exhibition in India this year, which is also the most influential water resource exhibition in India and South Asia. Then in November, Techase - Italy team appeared in the 29th SIMEI 2022 International Wine Exhibition with the screw machine, attracting many Italian and foreign industry personnel to participate, and the scene was crowded with people. The two international exhibitions were brilliant. In July, Techase officially established a research institute (technology center). The purpose is to form an innovative product development, equipment integration, solutions and project management process system according to the potential market demand and technology development trend, carry out research, innovation and continuous improvement on products and their key technologies, ensure the progressiveness and stability of products through all-round technical support, create value for customers and continuously improve the company's market competitiveness with innovative integrated product equipment and solutions.
The research institute will also create more high-quality, high-performance and cost-effective environmental protection equipment and solutions under the guidance of the "double centers" of Shanghai Sludge Treatment and Recycling High tech Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center and Shanghai Low Carbon and Recycling High tech Equipment Technology Innovation Center, so as to create greater economic and social benefits for users and solve environmental problems.

Taicang new base is built, and the future is expected
This year, after hundreds of days and nights of meticulous construction, Techase Taicang R&D and Production Base Project was officially completed, and moved to a new site in August for operation. Techase Taicang R&D and Production Base has a workshop area of 50000 ㎡. Through digital intelligent system, visual management and 5S lean production, it has built a professional modern intelligent R&D and production base. The base has machining workshop, assembly workshop, grinding workshop, paint workshop, new product trial production workshop, process technology department, quality management department and other production management departments. It has complete machine testing and testing means, strictly controls and screens the production process and product parts, develops and records the enterprise product standards, and has passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification.
The base has adopted advanced equipment production technology, and it is expected to achieve an annual output of 3000 sets of complete environmental protection equipment, such as Multi-plate Screw Press, Super High Pressure Filter Press, Sludge Low Temperature Dryer. It is also from here that the environmental protection equipment produced goes to the whole country and is exported to all parts of the world, so as to truly achieve the high-quality development of environmental protection equipment.

In addition to sewage and sludge treatment, the company has been actively exploring new models, extending its business to coal production, mineral processing, chemical separation, food, medicine and other industrial fields. This year, Techase has made great strides in the industry, providing products and solutions for Shanneng Group, WuXi AppTec and other Fortune 500 enterprises. In the fields of pharmacy, coal production and sludge treatment, the project cases are all over the country.

Techase provides slime resource disposal solutions for Guotun Coal Mine and Luxi Coal Mine under Shanneng Group.

Techase provides pharmaceutical sludge drying service for WuXi AppTec Suzhou Branch. At present, the service scope has covered the sites of its branches in Wuhan, Tianjin, Nantong, etc.

 

Techase provided the deep dewatering project of the press for the Shangshi Environment Houhai project.
