01 Small Footprint, Excellent Sludge Treatment Capacity
Techase TECM Mobile Dewatering System looks like a small container, standing at a vacant ground. It sets Techase Multi Plate Screw Press, polymer station, sludge pump, electric control cabinet, spray tank, electric generator as a whole. It doesn’t need some fixed devices such as external water source, power supply, sludge flocculation tank and so on. Its high system integration and small footprint won’t give way to the operation of sludge input, squeezing and dewatering.
02 Mobile and Flexible, Huge Applications
Although Techase TECM Mobile Dewatering System has small footprint, its sludge treatment capacity is not “small”. The core equipment – Multi Plate Screw Press has advantages of low power and noise, big treatment capacity, great sludge output effect, simple operation and maintenance, and it could realize solid-liquid separation with about 80% MC of sludge cake, satisfying any site limitation.
03 Automatic Operation without artificial attendant
Except for the advantages of structure, capacity and applications, the whole system has high automation. The automatic opening and closing door, 24 Hours Unattended Operation could not only solve the limitation of site and sludge treatment capacity problems, but also save the manpower cost to the maximum extent and achieve automatic operation.
