Techase has reached business cooperation with Shanneng Group, and has provided multiple coal mines under it with solutions for the resource disposal of coal slime. After the last on-site interview with Guotun Coal Mine, we came to Shanneng Group Luxi Coal Mine in the next city. This coal mine has won more than 20 honorary titles, such as "National Green Mine". Luxi Coal Mine, affiliated to Luxi Mining Co., Ltd. of Shandong Energy Group, was founded in 1999 and officially put into operation in 2002. It is located in Rencheng District, Jining City, Shandong Province. The main business scope includes coal mining and washing. The total reserve is 152.06 million tons, the recoverable reserves are 22 million tons, the mine area is 54.418 square kilometers, and the newly approved production capacity is 730000 tons/year. The Company adheres to systematic planning, coordinated promotion, precise development, exemplary guidance, and effective inspection, comprehensively improves the coal quality and efficiency, and comprehensively promotes the green and sustainable development of the enterprise.

Luxi Coal Mine is equipped with a large professional intelligent coal preparation plant, and a large number of coal slimes will be produced in the process of coal washing. As an inevitable by-product, these huge coal slimes have the characteristics of fine particle size, high content, high viscosity, poor water permeability, etc., which make the treatment of coal slimes a problem in the industry.

In order to thoroughly implement the national environmental protection requirements, promote the process of no coal sliming, recycle the large amount of coal slime resources, give full play to the role of coal economy in the coal preparation plant, and solve the problem that the on-site coal slime is difficult to deal with, Shanneng Group has reached cooperation with Techase. The project is using two TCYZ300 (1800) CS series Super High Pressure Filter Press system. The moisture content of the treated coal cake is about 17% and the thickness is about 60mm. The coal cake can be directly crushed and mixed into the middle coal to form new coal for sale without drying and drying. The discharged filtrate can also be recycled. It has greatly improved the recovery and utilization rate, and fully realized the income generating capacity and market economic benefits of improving the quality and efficiency of slime resources.
