Hong Kong K. WAH Concrete Co., Ltd, for dewatering concrete wastewater sludge

As a building materials supplier in the vertical integrated mode, Hong Kong K. WAH Concrete mainly engages in the full line production of a variety of building materials, as well as the supply of building materials for government large-scale infrastructure projects. Techase multi plate screw press is used to dewater sludge from the concrete mixers, trucks washing wastewater, which can realize fast solid-liquid separation. The treated water is recycled for production use, and the dehydrated sludge is used as building materials and bricks.

Guotun Coal Mine has a coal washing plant with an annual washing capacity of 3 million tons, and coal slime is an inevitable by-product in the process of coal washing. At the slime disposal site, after being treated by Techase CS super high pressure filter press, the moisture content of dry slime can reach 12%, which can not only reduce the waste of coal resources, but also can be broken and mixed into medium coal to form new coal for sale and utilization, so as to realize the secondary income generation of resources.

Located in Sanmenxia, known as "Five Mountains, Four Ridges and One River", the biggest WWTP in the city

Sanmenxia WWTP has greatly improved the water environment around the city, which plays a very important role in controlling water pollution and protecting the water quality and ecological balance of the local watershed. Techase YG super high pressure filter press system has a daily sludge dewatering treatment capacity of 120000 t/d and a output moisture content of 50% after dewatering, which largely solved the problem of sludge treatment and disposal in the plant area.
