Walking into the sludge dewatering room, the two 404 series Techase multi disc screw presses were working stably. The site layout was reasonable, clean and quiet. After more than one year of operation, the two 404 series Techase multi disk screw presses still operated stably. The design structure was semi-embedded, from sludge conditioning, concentration, dewatering to sludge cake transmission, the whole process was automatic and systematic. In addition to automatic control, due to its extensive sources of sewage, the treatment process would produce odorous smell. In order to prevent the situation, Techase adopted fully closed design with pneumatic spring observation window, which could avoid odor diffusion and could intuitively know the operation of the equipment. The operation site was clean and has no odor smell.
