Changchun Beijiao Advanced Dewatering Project Accepted

Techase Changchun Beijiao sludge disposal plant project Phase 1, which started from the beginning of this year, uses Techase’s TCYZ-200 super high pressure filter press. The sludge treatment capacity of 80% moisture content is sludge 300t / d (dry weight 60t-DS / d) or 22 hours a day continuous operation. The required sludge cakes moisture content requires 60% or less, after that the sludge is recycled for the reuse of resources as an efficient solution to the sludge treatment problem. Recently, Techase has received the second order of super high pressure filter press from this client.
 
 
Changchun Beijiao sludge disposal plant project using conventional aerobic composting technology, fermentation need to add a lot of straw, wood chips and other accessories, the fermentation process to produce a large number of odors, and fermentation products, low maturity, volume diminished, moisture content high. After the study, the final selection of this project using YM bacteria ultra-high temperature aerobic fermentation technology to replace the original conventional aerobic fermentation technology.
 

 
Technology before the use of Techase's super high pressure filter press, after the use of imported technology YM bacteria ultra-high temperature aerobic fermentation technology for composting, the formation of bio-carbon, is a very representative project. Therefore, the project requires a small amount of dosing, sludge moisture content is low, and the equipment covers an area of small, deodorant demanding.
 
The project used Techase independent research and development of new magnesium-based cement solidification agent - TCM1 consolidation agent. Compared with other cementing agents, TCM1 solidification agent advantages are as follows:
 
1. the consolidation period is short, you can in a short time (48h) so that the sludge coagulation, to meet the landfill or resource requirements;
2. the amount of added less (5% -10%), the sludge pH change is small, and can inhibit the occurrence of odor;
3. such as sludge containing heavy metals and other harmful substances, have a good binding effect, significantly reduce the concentration of heavy metals leaching;
4. curing process is simple, easy to operate and curing curing equipment and durable;
5. the process does not produce leachate, without the need to set up water treatment facilities.
 
The workshop is constructed of semi-submerged, and all facilities are built indoors, with special emphasis on the insulation of the equipment and the overall deodorization of the system.

The company commissioned the first time after-sales staff rushed to the northern part of Changchun project site, the timely completion of equipment installation and commissioning, access to the customer's unanimously approved.
