The total water area is 500000㎡ and the water depth can reach to 3.8m. It had problems of low water transparency, coastal shallow blue green algae breeding etc. The overall water quality is worse Ⅴ class, and local black smelly phenomenon is serious. After the water body ecological restoration, the effluent quality meets the Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard (GB3838-2002) Ⅳ Class, and some indicators achieve Ⅰ class.
