On February 24-27, 2023, the 13th China Urban Sludge Treatment and Disposal Advanced Seminar will be held in Hangzhou Baosheng Water Expo Hotel. As one of the organizers of the conference, apart from the professional technology sharing at the conference, the post-conference inspection project of TeChase is one of the classic cases of TeChase in the coastal area of Shaoxing.
Introduction
In order to further improve the technical level of sludge disposal, understand the current situation and trend of sludge disposal at home and abroad, and effectively meet the requirements of sludge "harmless, reduced, stable and resourceful". TeChase - Shaoxing Coastal Sludge Clean Treatment Demonstration Project
The project, with an investment of 800 million yuan, is located in the Binhai Industrial Zone, Ma'an Town, Keqiao District, Shaoxing. As the largest printing and dyeing industry cluster in Asia, Keqiao now has more than 200 printing and dyeing enterprises. According to the relevant government planning and industrial guidance policies, by the end of the "13th Five-Year Plan", except for the Binhai Industrial Zone, the printing and dyeing enterprises will not be retained in other places in Keqiao District in principle.
According to the survey results, there is currently a gap of 800 tons/day of printing and dyeing sludge disposal in Keqiao District. With the closure and renovation of printing and dyeing plants outside the Binhai Industrial Zone, the expansion of new printing and dyeing plants in the printing and dyeing agglomeration area, and the completion and operation of new sewage plants in the park, the gap of sludge disposal will expand again, which is conservatively estimated to be 2500 tons/day. The sludge of sewage treatment plant is 1700 tons/day, and that of printing and dyeing enterprises is 800 tons/day. In order to solve this problem, Keqiao Binhai Industrial Park decided to implement a sludge incineration project to incinerate the untreated printing and dyeing sludge and the sludge produced by the sewage treatment plant.
