As a witness to the technological progress of China's coal mining industry, the 21st China International Coal Mining Technology Exchange and Equipment Exhibition, with the theme of "Empowering the Future with New Quality", has an exhibition area of over 150000 square meters, showcasing advanced mining technologies and equipment from multiple countries and regions around the world. This time, Techase showcased its core equipment technology at booth E4102 at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall) in Beijing, to explore new paths for high-quality development in the mining industry with everyone.

With enthusiastic and professional explanations from the staff, the atmosphere on site was lively. While experiencing the charm of intelligent equipment technology, we will jointly explore new trends in industry development. As an innovator of intelligent equipment technology in the field of resource utilization, Techase has continued to work hard in the field of coal. More than 200 sets of slime/gasification slag resource-based system solutions have been introduced in the industry, which has been widely used in the world's top 500 enterprises such as Shanneng Group, middling coal Group, Huaneng Group, and so on, helping the coal industry improve quality and efficiency, and promote resource utilization.

Techase has partnered with universities such as Tongji University and Taiyuan University of Technology to establish a "coal slurry pressing center", achieving industry-leading operating pressure of 10MPa and a minimum coal slurry moisture content of 12%; The annual production capacity of a single equipment is over 220000 tons, with high value-added coal slurry and significant economic benefits; And the filter plate has a long service life, with a tensile strength more than 10 times that of ordinary filter plates, which not only helps improve the quality and efficiency of coal slurry, but also reduces the operating costs of enterprises.

Gasification slag resource utilization treatment process

Adopting the "Selected Dehydration Integrated Technology" to accurately separate materials, while dehydrating materials with a moisture content of ≥ 50% to below 25% in one go. It can not only achieve carbon separation of gasification coarse slag and reduction of fine slag, but also realize resource utilization of gasification coarse and fine slag (co firing or incineration), save coal and reduce emissions, in line with the green and low-carbon development path of coal gasification.

Solution for the treatment of upper/lower water storage tanks in mine wells. The mine water sludge system with high turbidity has strong impact resistance, stable effluent, and a minimum moisture content of 40%; Modular design, saving over 50% of floor space; Intelligent control enables 24-hour unmanned continuous operation.

Multi layer wet film TM low-temperature drying machine

The low-temperature drying machine independently developed by Techase can reduce the moisture content to 10%, with four core advantages: no dust, no bottom ash, high energy efficiency, and no attenuation. The seven technological innovations developed include normal mud distribution, multi-layer mesh belt, wet film dust removal, heat pipe efficiency improvement, heat exchanger anti-corrosion, automatic dust cleaning, and integrated structure. These innovations have overcome technical difficulties in the drying industry, achieved thorough reduction, and provided multiple options for subsequent resource utilization.
